Our client is a marquis facility located in a beautiful setting
about an hour or so outside of Boston, with access to
legendary New England lakes and mountains. Enjoy affordable
living in a progressive environment experiencing population
growth within a facility expanding medical services to meet
rising demands. Benefits include progressive coverage for
life events and perks like a sprawling fitness facility.

This position is open due to expansion. I recently added an
18-year RTRCV who got his start in the Reuben stent lab and a
cath lab RN who is a well-liked local nurse educator. The
cohesion in this cath lab is the best I have seen nationwide,
and the only word I hear about the work setting is positive.

Responsibilities include: Scrubbing, panning and monitoring
diagnostic and interventional procedures; assisting with
device implants and basic electrophysiology studies; setting
up sterile trays, ordering sterile supplies, and restocking
supplies; assisting in patient prep and instructing patients in
catheterization and angioplasty procedures. Current
angioplasty experience preferred.

Requirements: RTR must offer at least 2 years of
interventional experience. RCIS or RTRCV must offer at least
one year of experience. (We realize that RTRCVs offer at least
this.) The minimum amount of experience we could consider
would be one year. This would NOT include time in school. We
require exceptional references attesting to skills, quality of
work and quality of care.  Current ACLS certification required.

Schedule: This is a full-time, daytime position. Monday-Friday.

Compensation: Top pay is $40 per hour, which is very high for
this region. In fact, it is above and beyond Boston pay!
Housing in this area is extremely affordable compared to
Boston Metro, and the area is populated by professionals in
medicine, education and technology. From great schools to
great nightlife, this location pays you back in dividends with
exceptional quality of life.

Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. Short and
Long-Term Disability. Generous PTO and even extended sick
time bank. Pension, treasury bonds, and retirement
assistance. Auto and Home insurance. And much, much more!
