Our marquis client boasts a cohesive and expanding
cardiology department. They seek a collaborative cath lab
manager who can continue to retain their talented staff, which
includes a recently hired RTRCV of 18 years and an
exceptional Cath Lab RN who is also an educator. Both of
these hires came from my firm.

The Cath Lab Manager should most preferably be an RN due
to the tech to nurse ratio, but an exception could be made for
a truly amazing RCIS or RTRCV. This is an advanced facility of
about 200 beds located within easy access to Boston and the
recreation of New England’s mountains, lakes and coastline.

The Cath Lab Manager position opened up when the former
manager and lead cath tech left together for a new life out of
state, which also created a need for an RN due to the amount
of call those two took. Both positions are open for good
reasons. This is a low turnover, cohesive and expanding
department.

Approximate FTEs: Non-Invasive Cardiology (18 FTEs). Cath
Lab (9 FTEs). Cardiac Rehab (5 FTEs).

Requirements: Should be a graduate of an accredited nursing
school. BSN with specialization in invasive cardiology
preferred. Might also consider RCIS or RTRCV with 5 years of
interventional invasive cardiology experience, 2-3 years of
supervisory experience.

Compensation is highly competitive and benefits are
exceptional. Benefits include a full service onsite fitness
center and progressive life events coverage, along with
discounts and other perks.
