SYSTEM DIRECTOR OVER THEIR 4 HOSPITALS

Our client, the largest not-for-profit community hospital in Middle Tennessee,
is licensed for 683 acute and rehab care beds. Our main campus covers
nearly two million square feet and spans more than six city blocks or 38
acres.

JOB SUMMARY:
Develops and maintains the highest quality of patient care, quality of work
life, fiscal performance and medical staff relationships. Participates in
development of strategic plans and is responsible for accomplishment of
operational objectives. Remains flexible to take on new operation
assignments, within the hospital, as requested. Responsible for
development, motivation and retention of staff, while maintaining budgeted
objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years in management/supervision preferred.
Licensure: Current Licensure by state regulatory agency, if applicable to
professional licensure
