About the job!
Responsible for medication management for inpatient cancer patients and
outpatient infusion cancer patients. Position involves antineoplastic therapy,
monitoring drug therapies, and providing drug information. Specialists provide
leadership by facilitating the development, implementation, and maintenance of
systems; and they educate students, interns and residents; all while
participating in drug therapy research.
Educate and counsel patients. Specialist positions have inherent educator and
leadership components. Leadership as a specialist may grow with time.

 Practice Residency
 3-5 years of experience
 Exceptional candidates exiting PGY2 cancer care programs welcome
