Job Description:
Acute care 300-bed hospital located in Southern Georgia
The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and
monitoring of medications used throughout the facility.
Pharmacists are responsible for the direct supervision of technical support
personnel.
This is a Monday -Friday position.

Salary is $105,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
Job Qualification:
This position requires a PGY 1 or PGY 2 residency.
Candidates with PGY 1 residency must have experience in a specialty area
such as Critical Care, Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Oncology, NICU-Ped,
Internal Medicine or Emergency Center.
Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited university.
Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility.
Experience:
Inpatient hospital experience as Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Specialist or
Clinical Coordinator with PGY residency in general medical/surgical hospital
preferred.
