Stellar home Care Company is currently seeking Speech Language
Pathologists.

Positions available in Covington and Norfolk

Summary:  
Assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients
and accurately provides Speech Therapy (SLP) evaluations, develops and
implements SLP treatment plans; provides education and information to
patients and caregivers; participates in required discharge planning and
completes all required documentation according to policy.
The SLP supervises and assumes responsibility for care provided by rehab
aides.
May be assigned other duties such as clinical instructor for student affiliations,
performance improvement, and program development.
Reports to the team coordinator.

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Speech Language Pathology and
appropriate course work in speech and audiology.
Current licensure in the state of Virginia.
BLS completion within 3 months of hire.
