Stellar Home Care Company needs Certified Physical Therapist

Positions are available throughout VA to include Charlottesville, Richmond,
Covington, Suffolk, Hampton, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and
Chesapeake

This is a Full Time position but  they will consider candidates that can work Part
Time

The Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group
of patients and accurately provides Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations; develops
and implement PT treatment plans; provides education and information to
patients and caregivers; participates in required discharge planning and
completes all required documentation according to policy.

The PT supervises and assumes responsibility for are provided by Licensed
Physical Therapy Assistants.
May be assigned other duties such as clinical instructor for student affiliations,
performance improvement, and program development.

Reports to the team coordinator.

Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved program for Physical Therapy
One-year experience is preferred. Must have current licensure as a PT in the
state of Virginia or is licensure eligible.
BLS completion within 3 months of hire.  Must have excellent written and oral
communication skills;
