Our client is a rural health system that offers comprehensive inpatient and
outpatient rehabilitative services, a long term care facility, a home health
agency and four PT/OT/SLP satellites. The technology and services mirror
those of a big city hospital, with services for virtually any condition or issue
provided across the full age spectrum.
PT, OT and SLP services are comprehensive across all patient populations
and ages. There is a main rehab center with gymnasium, private suites and
aquatics, and four additional satellite locations. Cardiac rehabilitation and
diabetes education are also offered. The health system is small and rural but
offers a midsize LTC facility and full-service home health agency. Rehab
services managed are therefore both inpatient and outpatient. Core staff of
25+.

REQUIREMENTS:
Pennsylvania license in PT, OT or SLP (or eligible)
4 years of experience at minimum
2 years of management experience
