Lakes Region of Upstate New York. This is a rural area.

Requirements:
Less than 1 year of experience
Willingness to Travel - Occasionally


The Ideal Candidate:
Self-starter who can also be part of a dynamic team of Therapy
Professionals. Must be willing to help where needed and reflect the values of
the Organization.
Minimum of BS degree from an accredited physical therapy program. 1-2
years of experiences preferred, but not mandatory. Licensed, or license
eligible to practice physical therapy in the State of New York. Upon referral,
evaluates patient and develops and administers individualized plans.
Evaluations are functionally oriented and include measurable, time based
short and long-term goals, and discharge plans.
This is a “family” environment.
