They are seeking an Outpatient PT, ideally with 1-5 years experience. All
qualified candidates will be considered, including recent grads. Enjoy excellent
collegial atmosphere and a broad patient mix. Traditional responsibilities as
follows:
Examine patients
Assess and develop, implement and document treatment plan
Motivate patients and provide education to patient and family in preparation for
transition to self-care
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BS, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure, Certification, Registration: Active MA license.
Experience: Requires up to one year of on-the-job experience in a relevant
environment, necessary to acquire and effectively utilize knowledge of clinic
policies and procedures, and to fulfill quality and quantity standards for the job.
SHIFT:
DAY/EVE, 2 nights per week required
