Connecticut.
They have home care openings for both physical therapists and occupational
therapist in the Bridgeport, Torrington, Norwalk, Oxford and Stamford areas.
Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services,
coordinates therapy programs
Provides direct care to patients
Responsible for direct reports and accurate, timely and proficient clinical
documentation.
Assists with the administration of Agency standards, philosophy and policies.
Compensation:
Per visit rate is $73.14 - $74.14
Higher rates for evenings and holidays
Generous vacation time
Holidays - 6 days
Personal - 7 days
Sick - 10 days
Pension contribution - 5% of salary after one year of service
Tuition Assistance after I mo. - pay up to 6 credits per semester
Aetna Health Insurance.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical
Therapy with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.
Current Connecticut license as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of one year clinical experience in Physical Therapy.
