Well known Healthcare-Home Care Services is currently seeking a Physical
Therapist to work in the Outer Banks and Currituck areas of North Carolina.

Reports to the team coordinator. Assumes responsibility and accountability for a
designated group of patients and accurately provides Physical Therapy (PT)
evaluations; develops and implements PT treatment plans; provides education
and information to patients and caregivers; participates in required discharge
planning and completes all required documentation according to policy.  The PT
supervises and assumes responsibility for Licensed Physical Therapy
Assistants.  May be assigned other duties such as clinical instructor for student
affiliations, performance improvement, and program development.

Minimum Qualifications include a DPT, Master, or Bachelor Degree in Physical
Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program.
One-year experience is preferred. Must have current licensure as a Physical
Therapist in the state of Virginia or be license eligible.  BLS completion within 3
months of hire.  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills;
ability to operate and apply therapeutic equipment; ability to lift/push/pull light to
heavy equipment, supplies, and patients; creativity and problem solving skills.
