Stellar Home Care Company needs Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
Positions are available throughout Hampton Roads area to include
Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Norfolk
This is a Full Time position but they will consider candidates that can work Part
Time
The position requires the therapist to administer occupational therapy
treatments under the supervision of an occupational therapist; provides
education and information to patients and caregivers; participates in required
discharge planning and completes all required documentation according to
policy.
May be assigned other duties such as clinical instructor for student affiliations,
performance improvement, and program development

Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved program for occupational therapy assistants
2 years experience is preferred.
CPR certification.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to operate and
apply therapeutic equipment; ability to lift/push/pull light to heavy equipment,
supplies, and patients
