Our client is seeking a home care Occupational Therapist.
This is a 20-hour a week position with no weekend requirements.

Summary:
Assesses patient needs for Occupational Therapy and related
therapeutic services in patients homes
Develops treatment plans and goals in consultation with other
treatment team members
Conducts therapy programs designed to restore normal functioning
and enhance patients' well being
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Connecticut Licensure
CEU's as mandated by the State of Connecticut
Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills
