anesthesiologists are available 24/7 for emergent OR needs. This highly
respected hospital boasts the resources of a large system that is acclaimed for
its Heart Center. The organizational and nursing cultures are strong,

24/7 responsibility for surgical services patient care, operations, finance,
personnel, resources and policies & procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of leadership in OR/ Surgical Services
Registered Nurse
BSN highly preferred, but not required
Leadership experience
OR clinical expertise and a track record of accomplishment with patient care and
employee satisfaction in mind are what is most important
CNOR preferred, but not required
Oklahoma RN licensure (or eligible)
