Cardiology Director / Director of Cardiac Services / Lead an Expanding Team
Our marquis client boasts a cohesive and expanding cardiology department.
They seek a collaborative, team-player who can continue to retain their talented
staff, which includes a recently hired RTRCV of 18 years and an exceptional RN
who is also an educator.
The Director reports to the VP and has operational, clinical and financial charge.
Our client wants someone adept at financial affairs and at continuous
improvement, to include the marketing of cardiac services, constant evaluation
of their implementation and the consistent delivery of care.
While fostering an environment of professional growth and employee retention
in an expanding department, the director will also be expected to maintain
clinical skills by working as needed or at a minimum level of patient care to keep
skills honed. Position is 95% administrative. 28FTEs.
MBA or MS preferred. Minimum of five years as a clinical practitioner and three
years of supervisory experience required. Exceptional B.S. candidates with be
considered. You must also hold at least one clinical license (RN, RTRCV, RCIS,
etc.).
Compensation is highly competitive and benefits are exceptional. Benefits
