Our client is an exceptionally advanced facility of just under 200 beds in a
fantastic location with easy access to both Boston and the legendary recreation
of New England mountains, lakes and coastline. The beautiful location has
everything from great schools to great nightlife, and is a mecca for great
companies and professional residents. People love living in this hotspot
location.

Approx 50 person surgical operation with an OR Director, Clinical Manager,
Clinical Teacher, staff RN's, Anesthesia Techs, Surgical Techs, Perioperative
Techs, Material Coordinators, Equipment Tech, Surgical Bilkers and Health
Unit Coordinator. OR nurses work on surgical and invasive procedures. This is
a decentralized environment.

Annual volume is 6,000 across the full surgical spectrum, except that there are
no hearts. There are 10 OR suites -- 5 are brand new. Perform vascular, ortho
and spine (largest volume), ENT, Urology and Neuro. Plastics and Mohs.
Computer assisted joints.  

Designs, coordinates and delivers care to meet the identified need of patients
undergoing surgery or invasive procedures. Surgical specialties performed
include general, orthopedics, ENT, plastics, urology, neurology, vascular,
podiatry, gynecology and ophthalmology. Working in a decentralized
environment, the RN is expected to practice collaboratively with physician,
nurse peers and other disciplines.

Requirements:
 Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse/ or eligible
 RN (BSN and CNOR preferred but not required).
 Minimum of two years OR RN experience.
 Must be able to scrub and circulate.
 Ability to achieve the following competencies:

Schedule: These are part time and full time positions DUE TO EXPANSION that
require day/eve flexibility. No nights or weekends, unless on call. Call is weekly.
Prefer a full-time candidate with flexibility.

Compensation: Very high pay for this region. $22.00-$42.00/hour. In fact, it is
competitive with Boston pay! Housing in this area is extremely affordable
