Our client is the largest hospital in the state of Montana (Great Falls) and
provides exceptional health care to approximately 225,000 people in North
Central Montana.
They have 516 beds at its two campuses They are a Level II Trauma facility and
have been awarded the distinction of being among the nation’s best hospitals
for the past three years running (Distinguished Hospital Award – Health
Grades), which recognizes the top 5% of hospitals in the country.
$5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs with 2+ year’s experience.
Pay range - $23.93-$29.18 per hour based on experience.
Shift Differentials: Evening shift - $1.50 + base rate
Night shift - $2.50 + base rate
Relocation assistance: up to $3,500 based on providing receipts
Job Description:
Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting
Provide care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of
professional expectation with a minimum of supervision.
Experience, Licensures and Certifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department
Valid RN state license showing clear and in good standing required before
submission. Will need to obtain RN license for State of Montana if offered the
position.
Current BCLS Certification. ACLS Certified within six (6) months of hire. TNCC
within one (1) year of hire. ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) within
one (1) year of hire. PALS within one (1) year of hire.
