The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with the health care
team in family medicine. He/she will assess, plan, implement and
evaluate care for adults and children and their families. He/she will, in
collaboration with other team members provide programs, treatment
and counseling appropriate to the plan of care. He/she will
consistently demonstrate proficiency in working with the designated
patient population, and serve as a unit resource and teacher.

Requirements
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Masters degree as PNP.
5+ years experience.
