Our client, an acute care hospital located in Southern Connecticut,
seeks a Hospice Administrator to be responsible for the day to day
management of the Hospice Program.
The position involves accountability for the implementation, direction
and overall management of the total program.
The hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm plus some on
call hours.
Salary is $85,000 to $110,000 plus great benefits.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong management, evaluation and clinical judgement skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
CPR certification
Computer skills
At least one of the following:
1. Masters in Nursing with one year Hospice or Home Health
Experience
2. Master in Public Health or Administration
3. BS in Nursing with 2 years Hospice or Home Health
4. BA or BS in Administration with concentration in health services
and 2 years in Hospice or Home Health supervisor experience
