measures, HCAP, and Quality. 3 years of clinical expertise and 3 years as
director of telemetry or manager of telemetry is a large hospital. Must be able to
independently run a 48-bed telemetry unit. AZ license or eligible. BCLS, ACLS?
PALS/NRP. Proficiency in English.

48 beds including post-cath. Full cycle care assessment. All levels of
personnel/HR functions. Patients include pediatric, adolescent, adult and
geriatric. Must be able to educate staff, patients and family in age appropriate
care, as well as demonstrate proficiency with medication management and
administration. Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identify
dysrhythmias and treat appropriately. Cleanliness, quality, safety and equipment
oversight. Liaison to all levels of staff and internal/external “customers.” Payroll
and budgetary responsibilities.
